Kismat Hirani, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Kismat Hirani, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 9 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse and a total of 20 years in the healthcare field. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2017.

Her clinical journey began as a registered nurse, working across medical and surgical units as well as in critical care, where she gained hands-on experience in acute and complex care settings. After becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a neuro hospitalist, managing a variety of inpatient neurological conditions before transitioning to outpatient care.

Kismat has extensive experience in both primary care and urgent care, offering compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents, adults, and seniors. She has a particular passion for women’s health, and is dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life—from adolescence through menopause and beyond.
Her women’s health services include:
- Annual well-woman exams
- Pap smears and breast health screenings
- Contraception counseling and family planning
- Hormonal imbalance evaluation and treatment

Kismat believes in empowering women through education, prevention, and respectful, individualized care. She creates a safe and supportive space where women can feel comfortable discussing their health and wellness goals.
In addition to primary care, she is trained in aesthetic medicine, offering Botox and dermal fillers to help patients feel confident and refreshed. She also provides IV therapy to support hydration, immunity, energy, and overall wellness.
Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Gujarati, Kismat proudly serves a diverse patient population with cultural sensitivity and personalized attention. She is known for her warm demeanor, thorough approach, and unwavering commitment to holistic care and long-term wellness.
