I need epidural injection for my lower back injury which I have been doing for last 9 years. But this time it took over 5 months after I requested. I still not get it. Too much pain and suffering too long.

After a pain specialist consult was sent from my surgeon for unexplained post op pain, I have had an MRI and two visits over two months and still no Dx, told I was a Mistery, and consulted to a doctor in the practice. I feel this was all a waste of time. I’m not sure what treatments she can perform. After being evaluated by my surgeon I feel the consult should have gone directly to a doctor that could at least offer me an injection.
