I have spoken to many Doctors about osteoporosis before, but I've never had a medical professional listen to my concerns so patiently before, and who respectfully answered all of my questions. She spoke so I could understand the reasonings for certain treatments including diet, exercise, and weight bearing exercise, and medication. After a pain specialist consult was sent from my surgeon for unexplained post op pain, I have had an MRI and two visits over two months and still no Dx, told I was a Mistery, and consulted to a doctor in the practice. I feel this was all a waste of time. I’m not sure what treatments she can perform. After being evaluated by my surgeon I feel the consult should have gone directly to a doctor that could at least offer me an injection.
