Kim Clay is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with Atlanta Allergy & Asthma. She currently sees patients at our Kennestone and East Cobb locations. She joined Atlanta Allergy & Asthma in 2010.
Kim received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Medical College of Georgia and certification as a Registered Nurse in 1998. She earned a Master of Nursing from Medical College of Georgia and received her board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2003. Kim is certified to see patients of all ages.
She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, Food Allergy Research & Education, Allergy & Asthma Network Mothers of Asthmatics, United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, American Nurses Association, and Georgia Nurses Association.
Kim lives in Woodstock with her husband and two young children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending her children’s sporting events, traveling to the mountains, relaxing at the beach, and reading.
Very thorough and explains everything.
Very rude when she talks to you. Almost makes you feel stupid. Not a big fan on how she presents herself. As a healthcare worker, I tend to form a relationship with my patient. Try to make them feel important. There is no relationship building. Just walks in and gets to the point. At first I thought it was just me who felt this way, but my son who his the patient of many years feels this way too
