June 02, 2023 If I could give Kimberly Clay, NP, 💯 stars instead of 5 stars I would. She handled my emergency situation Flawlessly!! I hope Kimberly Clay NP, never takes a position other than staying with Atlanta Allergy!! She is so appreciated. First time meeting Dr Gardner, tied into the same situation, I highly admire her expertise. I wouldn't have changed a thing that Dr. Gardner based her decisions on. What a magnificent Allergy Physician!!

The people in the office in the prescriptions not getting called in to where they should get called in and nurse assistants close to fix people's patient portals so whenever they have virtual visits baby able to attend but when a worker doesn't want you to do it or it takes week and still no results what type of service do you call that very very poor I wouldn't recommend my dog to go to this place

Loved Kim. She took the time to explain everything to us. Made sure we had the Food Allergy Action Plan before leaving. Told us how to get in touch with pharmacy about Auvi-Q prescription. Nurse Stephanie is also wonderful and very helpful. I do not like the billing system. Twice I have been made to pay way more than the visits cost us after Atl Allergy filed with insurance. That could be done better.

I found her to be very rude with a very bad bedside manner. Previous appointment with her she was very standoffish and this appointment she topped it off. If you have a pediatric child that sees her or you plan to see her with a pediatric beware.
