Went well & she is so nice
Excellent as always!
Kim is thorough and patient. She answers all questions. She makes sure the patient understands.
She is honest and helpful.
I want to be honest in saying I expected the experience to be different than it was. The nurse came in and immediately asked, “what can I help you with?”. The medical assistant who took my blood pressure was more compassionate than this nurse. While her tone seemed nice enough, her bedside manner was not one of empathy. In my chart under visit notes, there is a question in quotation marks that I didn’t initiate. However, this is the first thing in the notes pertaining to my visit. This provider asked me about this subject and of course I wanted to know more. The medical assistant mentioned this nurse being the best for the reason I needed the appointment but I left feeling like there were still unanswered questions. I am still in physical pain and this nurse replied to that, “oh, you can still work” when I answered what my job is. I hope this was just my experience and no one who went through what I did ever leaves feeling like I do.
Kind and knowledgeable.
My recent appointment was outstanding. She took the time to explain complex information clearly and made sure I understood the rationale behind different treatment paths. I particularly valued her approach of asking "why" behind my preferences. This demonstrated a genuine interest in my understanding and made me feel like an active participant in my healthcare.
Kim was very efficient, effective , and straight forward. She is very informative and compassionate as well. I was very pleased with my appointments
Kim is thorough and kind. Two years ago she felt a nodule on my thyroid that led to the discovery of my thyroid cancer. I will be forever grateful to her because otherwise it could have gone undiagnosed for a long time because I had no symptoms. I now try to always see Kim Benton. May Grant is lucky to have her.
Kim is the best! I highly recommend her.
