I was so impressed with my experience with everyone at Orthopedic Associates. When I called with questions the clerical staff was so efficient and helpful. Registration was easy each time I had an appointment. Dr. Murch was so professional and personable. He did a great job on my carpal tunnel surgery. Kim Ball's assistant removed my stitches efficiently and in a non-hurried manner. I had hurt my knee prior to that appointment and NP Kim Ball kindly had xrays done, spent time on my knee and explained the xrays to me. Definitely 5 stars.

Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about her medical field, she is very good at explaining everything in a way that is clearly understandable to her patients. Kim listened very carefully to my complaint. Tested the strength of my shoulder with compassion. After X-rays I met with her again in a timely manner. She gave me a cortisone shot, relatively painless, recommended pt and I was out the door. I recommend her highly.
