Kim is the perfect provider! She’s very kind, listens to you, and takes the time to answer any questions all while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and providing realistic guidance on the holistic path to healing. My journey started with the walk in clinic and ended with a provider that I would trust and recommend for future orthopedic needs for myself or my loved ones.

I had a 2:10 appt with Dr. Sutherland. I left the office before 3:00. When I went out the exam door by the little office area. I asked if my RX was sent over. The gal told me had just been sent to my pharmacy. We left and did a little shopping to give my pharmacy time to fill it. Around 4:00 I went to pick it up. No RX had been called over. The pharmacy called and could only leave a voice mail. I then called on my cell phone and whoever I spoke with told me, no the RX hadn’t been called in yet. It would be a little bit yet. That I maybe should go home and come back later to pick it up. I said… that’s not going to happen, I live 20 some miles away. I did not get my prescription until 4:45. I was happy that HyVee at least had chairs I could sit on and wait being I just had a hip replacement 5 weeks ago.
