Kim is great. Very easy to talk with, listens to concerns, consults with the Dr Murch if she has questions and answers all my questions.

Very caring very concerned listens with genuine interests I interrupted several times she gave great examples and stayed focused despite my lack of comprehension

What a well-informed, intelligent and approachable. She immediately put everything regarding my case in terms that were easy to understand rather than using medical terminology which is usually over my head. It was nice to talk with a medical professional who instantly put me at ease.
