I attended the appt with my dad (the patient). He has a challenging time answering a question with a simple answer; there is usually a story. The doctor respectfully and patiently acknowledged his voice while maintaining focus on his health care and balancing reasonable time keeping. She asked him multiple times (5 to 6) if he had any other questions until he no longer did! I thought that was truly amazing. So often we are rushed to get even a single question in. Thank you!
