Very helpful
Communication before the telehealth appointment was thorough and easy to understand, even for older folks. The provider helped us to feel at ease. We did not feel hurried, and we were able to ask all of the questions that we had prepared ahead of time. We have confidence in the information that we received, and we are clear about the upcoming process.
