Have been having ongoing issues for a year with my ears my pcp referred me here. I was seen for not even 20 minutes only to be handed a paper on exercises (that I have already done previously) for tmj/vertigo which they diagnosed in the matter of 5 minutes. I feel as if I’m not being listened to or heard. My ears shouldn’t be having all the issues I have with them just for it to be tmj.

Kendyl was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing and why. She answered all my questions in terms I could understand and not medical jargon. She was very friendly and made me feel like she had been my Dr. for years. Very impressive and has a very bright future ahead of her. Your alls practice is very blessed to have Harvard her expertise on your team!

Ms. Sumner was wonderful - fully attentive to my longish explanation of my reason for making the appointment, plus cheerful, thoughtful and absolutely professional throughout the session. A terrific person and practitioner. An A+ rating on the session from me. Just waiting now for promised feedback from Dr. Gould on resumption of daily use of Tamsulosin HCL 0.4 mg (prescribed by Dr. Christopher Smith following a serious UTI incident in July), which I had stopped taking just before Christmas following a sudden and pretty dramatic problem with my hearing that the pharmacist said could possibly have been triggered by the Tamsulosin. Since I had already (immediately because of the - ultimately temporary - hearing loss) called for an appointment with Dr. Gould, Dr. Smith was hoping to hear Dr. Gould's thoughts on the Tamsulosin question before instructing me to resume taking it.
