I love me some Kendyl! It was my first time meeting her. And although getting my sutures removed from my ear wasn’t pleasant, her demeanor, conversation and approachability made it as comfortable as possible. And her medical assistant that day was an absolute delight too! I cannot remember her name but she wore the hijab and was very calming upon greeting me. The front desk needs a little work (I.e the lady with the red rosey cheeks should initiate and call forward the next person in line instead of waiting for them to greet her and having an awkward stare off). But again, Kendyl is a delight and I would totally feel comfortable seeing her again if I need too.
