PROMPT. PROFESSIONAL and CARING. Her "bedside" manner helped us decide Your practice is the one that will be treating our ENT needs in the future.
Rating is based on overall experience. The phone system process was terrible. The front desk person let me stand for 10 minutes while she scrolled through her phone, then handed me a dirty tablet for signatures.
