I was very pleased with the overall experience with Kendra. She was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The office was well organized, and I never felt rushed or overlook. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain things clearly, and answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine concern shown for my well-being.
I felt a rushed through the appointment and did not get the opportunity to tell Kendra all the details I wanted her to know about my dad's situation and symptoms, and to ask questions.
She was amazing.
Everything was great and a pleasure your a top 10 rating
Wasn't very nice. Prescribed me to double on one of my Prescriptions and never called in a new Prescription to do that. Also talked of blood thinner but never called that in either. Even through I called back to ask about that. Never heard a word. One of the Prescriptions she told me to quit taking is one that the Dr was upset that the hostipal had taken me off it and put me right back on it. So who do I believe?

This was a scheduled phone call. She is as fantastic over phone as she is in person. Feeling blessed I am in her care!
Kendra was great. We went over my last test and I did get a copy of it.
