Admittedly I don’t usually like being pawned off to NP’s but I could not have been more satisfied with my customer/patient experience with Kelsey Van Sickler! She really listened to my concerns and history and came up with a plan with included diagnostics as well as non-narcotics non-habit forming medication. Know even though I’m a retired RN, I was not familiar with all of the possible things that might be going on and I forgot to bring a note pad, but I did ask her nurse assistant for a summary of the office visit to be sent to me so that I could go over it more.
She was very attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a very caring manner.
