I was extremely satisfied with my new patient visit. Kelsey listened carefully to my concerns and asked follow-up questions for clarification. She helped create an action plan to address the health issues of most importance. She provided referrals for areas beyond her scope. She was refreshingly thorough, took time to make sure all of my concerns were addressed and I did not feel rushed. Highly recommend!

She acted professionally. My impression is that she is genuinely interested in helping her patients. She was detailed in her explanations and her treatment plan was explained in a detailed manner. She took my questions seriously and seemed to genuinely listen. This seems to be quite rare today.
