I was requesting an MRI for a soft tissue injury and the doctor was asked how I knew if it was a soft tissue and why would I need an MRI when it's clear that I need one because they don't know what's wrong and they can't see it on a bone x-ray

My comment I run into this all the time I'm 70 years old I didn't start playing with computers till about 10 or 12 years ago and I noticed there were some other people my age or older in there younger generation forgets work computer illiterate so it makes it really hard for us to fill out the forms on the phone I had to start over three times to take pictures and I know that your policy and I understand that but you're also going to have to take it under consideration it's easier for an older person like me or the other people in there just to fill out the form by hand I know it's streamlines your system doing it this way online but you have to consider the older people we didn't have computers growing up my kids did but they grew up with them in school as older people we didn't see computers and some of us don't till a few years ago anyway that's my comment otherwise the service was great

Kelly was great but it was aggravating paying a 50 dollar copay to be told to come back in six weeks. There was no reason for the appointment. They could have added the six weeks to the original appointment. Nothing at all was done. It was a waste of time and money. A 20 second phone call would have had the same result. This is Joe Madden
