I thought I was seeing a doctor, my insurance won't pay for visits to nurse practitioner, she said insurance would cover the sleep study, but snap is charging me $275 she said it takes 2 nights, they say 3 and if I don't return the equipment in 4 days it's another $500 she said when I fill out the form just tell them when to ship, but after filling out the form found no place for comment, had to call and redo whole questions again

My 1st time in a Pulmonary clinic Receptionist greeted me very kind and respectful. Nurse running the breathing test, really friendly, compassionate. Dr. Hurt very knowledgeable, explain everything with calmness, compassion and answer all my questions and concerns. Great visit

I was there 2 hours just to review my sleep study! My time just as important as your office . I work too & taking time off my job I’d expect little better efficiency. Maybe mark more time out scheduling patients from new to review patients. Just thought!
