I love the way Kaley goes into very much detail
I don’t feel like she really cared to hear what problems l was having with my lungs. Never even listened to my heart or lungs. I was having stabbing pains in my right lung. She just told me she thought it would resolve itself. Rarely made eye contact. She also did not follow through on getting the medication l needed approved. I had to continually call my insurance and the office to finally get it approved. It was finally approved today.
