Terrible bedside manner. Very uncaring and confrontational. Communication skills need a lot of work. Needs to learn how to listen better I had to repeat the same information three or four times.

Katrina is very detailed while explaining test results. I can tell she's also very passionate about her profession. She's a true asset to this practice. Thank you kindly!

Answered my questions in detail to me understand the treatment path. Listened and met my requests with labs. Educated me on my options.

I was kept waiting in a treatment room for over an hour and when Katrina came in the room she didn’t even apologize. When I said something she still didn’t apologize. I was insulted the way she chose to handle the situation.

Targeting symptoms and offering concrete advice, nutritional information, additional resources like OTC supplementals, prescription medications and/or additional treatments or testing if necessary. She has been extremely conscientious of my time, expenses and metabolic tolerances.

Katrina is an excellent and patient listener. She carefully explains impressions, diagnosis and treatment options. She reviews past history and creates both a spoken and written plan so if I missed anything, it’s clearly written down for me to refer to at home.

She is so caring and is thorough when she discusses problems with me.
