With more than a decade of bedside nursing experience, Katie has worked in critical care, trauma intensive care, and post-anesthesia care. Her background ranges from academic Level I trauma centers to rural hospital settings. She has also served as a clinical instructor, mentoring nursing students in hands-on learning environments. Katie is dedicated to enhancing her patients’ quality of life through partnership with her patients. She takes a holistic approach to care, ensuring each patient is actively involved in decisions about their treatment.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time at the lake, hiking, baking, and spending time with her family.
