First visit with Katie - she asked great questions and was very easy to talk with. Felt like she had looked at my chart pre-visit. As much as you can “enjoy” this visit I felt very comfortable with her.

She was very friendly and made sure I had all the information I needed before I checked out.

Interaction was going well at first with NP being polite and professional and informing me of what they were doing. However, right after she finished doing the pre-discussed swab test, without any warning or informing me of what was happening, NO went ahead and did a cervical check. I wasn’t asked beforehand if this was okay, it wasn’t something that was discussed in the appointment as being necessary, and it was done without any kind of warning beforehand so it was quite painful and not at all expected. It felt kind of sneaky and I was not okay with unnecessary cervical checks and have mentioned similarly before with the OB.

Katie made all nerves of coming in for an exam go away by her calm nature and warm presence. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.
