Katie by far is one of the best doctors we've ever seen. My granddaughter came in because of some anxiety and Katie resonated with her right away.
I was happy she ordered urine along with flu step testing. But for some reason the office found it difficult to allow it to be sent off for testing.
Very efficient, knowledgeable, and caring! I appreciate her approach and my daughter opened up to her.
I appreciate NP Ellis for going beyond to see us sooner than expected in the televisit appointment. I am grateful for her kindness and accommodations. Outstanding service and listening ear!
All I did was tell her symptoms and she ordered a strep test. Made sure to say we live in Murrells inlet and she said that is where we’d go. Got a message saying that office is closed on Saturday, so ended up having to go to CVS minute clinic after all, so it was a waste of time.
