The front staff were friendly. A friend had recommended me to that office and I was not disappointed. Kathy Lu was very attentive and took time to listen. It's nice to go to a doctor who gives you their full attention and patience. I'm very happy to have found her!

NP Lu listened to my symptoms and went over my past medical history. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained the course of treatment and testing and I left the office with a clear understanding of how my care was going to move forward. After results were received I received a call from Kathy and she explained the results and confirming treatment. High praise to my provider. In a matter of 1 week i received excellent service.
