She was the 1st person who actually explained my medical problems to me in "English" where I can understand things, and had a genuine heartfelt approach to help me instead of just wanting to keep ordering more frivolous tests and prescribe more pills. She listened and explained instead of watching the clock and herding me out when time was up. I really enjoyed my visit with her and feel everything she suggested for treatment puts me in the correct path of recovery and not a thought of yet another waisted appointment . Thank you Nicole.
