Kate worked as an ER nurse before deciding to go back to school to further her education. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in Neurology, Hospital Medicine, and Palliative Care. She is looking forward to bringing her past experiences to the GI world.
Kate enjoys travelling and doing anything active, which is easy to do in Colorado! She especially enjoys yoga, weight lifting, skiing, and hiking. She plays the French Horn in a community orchestra and hangs out with her asthmatic cat, Penny.
