Very patient and answered all my questions actually I didn't have many questions cuz she was very thorough with everything

Provider did not read notes prior to my session and was not informed about my care. Provider gave “Direct line” for questions, which was the main office line. I am waiting for a call back regarding a question discussing pros and cons of recommended tx vs alternate course of treatment.
