She got done what I needed in a very timely manner….was greatly appreciated as I was in constant pain.
Katherine was Excellent! But I am VERY UPSET with Matthew’s-Vu. I found out that this my 2nd and FINAL Appt with her, BECAUSE she is Leaving. I have been w/M-Vu for about 12 Years and I have had AT LEAST 10 Providers! 😡. This has got to STOP! We just lost Elizabeth Rowan after ONLY a couple of years. And the one before her was for ONLY 1 Visit! What is going on. It must be a terrible place to work 😵💫!
While she couldn’t diagnose my injury, she was able to point me to an Orthopaedic clinic that offers same day urgent care.
Catherine is a horrible provider for how she has treated me during my last two encounters with her. I am 73 years old and you’d think that she’d be more respectful of the elderly. She is condescending, unprofessional, and refuses to listen to my needs. She advised me to not follow the directions given by my cardiologist - she clearly thinks she’s smarter than my other providers. In the future, I will not allow MV Urgent Care to assign her to my visit after the way she treated me yesterday while refusing to provide treatment. Catherine really needs to work on her bedside manner as well as reevaluating the way she treats elderly patients. I hope no one else is treated as badly as she has treated me.
Ms. Pinto is very kind. You feel like you matter in her care. She is thorough and really listens to what you say. You don't feel like you're "just another patient".
Saw her for my annual physical and when she got to my cholesterol section she said “oh, well you already know what you need to do here.” Mind you this was the first physical or set of labs I have ever seen her for. She literally didn’t even stop and just passed over my “elevated cholesterol labs”. A few minutes later, when she stopped talking and gave me a mement to speak, I asked her to back up and go back to my cholesterol section. I asked her directly to expand on what she meant by saying “you already know what to do here.”. Instead of discussing my labs and her perspective on cholesterol; she immediately got defense and started arguing with me in why she was right and her “assuming” was how everyone in this practice acts and approached labs. I told her I am not typical and cholesterol is a very important topic for me and her glossing over it like that was not okay with me. She was not at all open to talking and told me I needed to find a new practice.

Katherine is very kind, knowledgeable and concerned about her patients. She always takes time to listen to your issues.
