I believe the cost should be presented to patients up front not at the end. You had all of my insurance information before I went to the appointment and could have informed me that I would have to spend a ridiculous amount of money each month on this.

turned out I didnt need to be there but further discussion resulted in a needed blood test which was done in the same building.

I was able to talk to her about my weight and ask for help. I also talked to her about my blood pressure being high and high heart rate. I’m glad I didn’t get pushed away and had someone that listened to my concerns.
