Katese was polite, personable, professional & prompt. She really listened to my issues. I’m not a medical professional but I’ve dealt with neurogenic bladder issues for some 30 years. She took my experience has having gained some valuable insight into my condition. I truly appreciated that factor. The end result was a workable plan towards a good outcome. In all my visit was hopeful & pleasant.
