Katelyn was great. Very nice, pleasant, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My only issue is that you encourage drop-in visits yet are not staffed to handle them. My visit was 3-1/2 hours, mostly spent waiting in the exam room. It would be nice if someone would come in periodically and at least say “We haven’t forgotten you.” I had a similar experience the last 2 times I’ve been to Urologics.

Katelyn was professional and very friendly. She even called Dr Farmer to see if he would stay at new Albany for a procedure because our insurance would pay more there. He did. She’s great!
