I was so happy to have Kay take care of me today I left with a smile on my face.She made me feel at home she’s the best!!
Although she was very nice. She was using large tools to get out three tiny stitches in my pinky. It hurts so bad I started to sweat and had to lay down. She tried several times before switching to smaller more appropriate tools. The removal experience was 10 times more painful than getting the stitches. She was perfectly nice, but I almost left crying in pain.
She was so kind and listened. She was thorough and offered much needed advice & help. Great NP!
