Her ability to understand what makes a patient worry and calm them down is amazing. Her bedside manner is a transformative experience. I was highly anxious walking in and I came out in a much better headspace. She was kind, patient, informative, and very knowledgeable. She engages with you and talks through the process with you, keeping you informed and reassured as much as possible.
