I found Karen to be very judgmental without a given reason . Not thorough reviewing a chart she has had 3 years therefore couldn’t execute the original plan for my daughters care. Again she let her opinion and judgement get in her way of professionalism!!

I feel as if the way my child’s care who is actually the patient was dealt with in a very unprofessional manner. Avery is a minor I was not involved when Karen decided to call her primary care physician to express concerns about Avery. As her parent and the fact that Avery is special needs I have the right to know first any concerns regarding Avery. I shouldn’t have to find out a couple days after her appointment by the receptionist that Dr. Karen has concerns and that she’s already spoke with Avery’s primary care physician and she has come up with a plan. Dr. Karen NEVER once contacted me until I left a pretty nasty message with the receptionist that I wanted to speak with her even then she didn’t contact me until late afternoon the next day after once again she had already spoken with Avery’s primary care physician
