This is not my first time seeing Ms. Karen for treatment. She has always been professional without talking over my head about my health. Within minutes in her company, you KNOW she's super intelligent. But she also has the ability to explain what she's saying in layman's terms. She's mastered walking that fine line of giving important information without overwhelming the patient. She cares enough about her patients to be sure they don't feel uncomfortable about asking questions when they don't understand. She Is Awesome!
