Kara was great. Listened to my issues and had great responses and wanted to collaborate on care rather than just dictate or look for the simplest solution. Would be five stars but right in the middle of my appt she was taken out of the room to deal with another patients something or other. It made me feel like I was less important or that my appt time wasn't my own.
