Kara is such a kind person. She showed concern about what I was experiencing, asked several questions about my health. She was very thorough in letting me know what she was going to do (I received an injection) and asked multiple times if I was in any discomfort. I really appreciate Kara and the care that she provided.

Kara is wonderful!!!

There was not any sort of greeting as she entered the room. She never took her hands out of her pockets. She never did an exam on my son’s finger. It’s almost like she was afraid to touch the finger to see if it had a fever to see if he could move it. There was just certain expectations that I thought would be there for a professional. I am a professional myself my own practice on with 34 years experience so it was just a little underwhelming. I suggested possibly an x-ray to see what the joint looked like her response was there’s a long process to do that with registering and a long wait time. She said we could if you wanted to or we could just come back in two weeks. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I think I’ll pass! if I can’t see Dr. Copeland in two weeks we won’t be back
