She was friendly and professional. I did have some sort of bad reaction for around 20 hours. My wrist, hand and even lower arm were very painful to the point that I could not use my right hand. When I woke up this morning it was normal with improvement in the wrist. This has happened once before but it only lasted a few hours.

She was informative! Kara took the time to show me my X-ray, explain why she was concerned and explain the steps moving forward with my care. I very much appreciated her wonderful care!

Instead of asking me IF there had been other treatment prescribed and tried, the question was what other treatment had I tried, as if I was supposed to know what to do. In addition, I had to ask if I could continue certain efforts such as icing, Ibuprofen, etc. As the paid practitioner, I would have expected that direction to come from the staffer. My sense was that the goal was to get me in and out, with a skittle patient interaction, support and direction as possible.

Kara was absolutley amazing with me I'm embarrassed to say I started crying in the office because I'm in so much pain in my shoulder I just wanted something done. At that point I didnt care what the out come was going to be. I apologize to Kara for crying. She was so gracious and understanding and told me she was going to find out what was going on she believes its do to my neck .she showed me the x-rays and pointed out what she believes is the problem. She put me on to meds and I'm going to have therapy. She listened to me and I appreciate her so much shes wonderful.

She didn’t seem to truly care what I was asking about my condition and then just showed me the x-Ray of my hand when part of my questions were about opposite hand. Plus the doctor stood beside us and never acknowledged me as his patient!!!

Kara is very nice, but twice she has told me one thing, then the doctor (Copeland) has told me something else. I like her... but I don't fully trust her. I wish they were on the same page, so you know who to listen to. I just don't have full confidence.

I didn't know I was seeing an NP. She was good, but not the Dr I thought I was seeing. She did not introduce herself just examined me. She did take the time to explain and show me my x-rays though. I appreciated that. Overall, she was great, just wish I would have known who she was.

I was disappointed after waiting for two weeks to see Dr. Copeland that I saw a Nurse Practitioner. I could have had an earlier appointment which would have been nice. She was a nice young lady, but I would have liked knowing that was who I was going to see!

It may not be fair to rate Kara specifically, as I also saw other providers at the facility, but it would speak to the team more so as to the preparedness to PSA a patient to three different providers at the same facility and no one after the first visit seemed at all up to speed with the situation.
