I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner experienced in treating adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar/mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, schizophrenia spectrum/related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and substance use disorders. With experience in both medical and psychiatric settings, I take a holistic approach that recognizes the important relationship between the mind and body when developing personalized treatment plans. I believe that effective psychiatric care is built on collaboration, trust, and open communication. A mental health condition does not define who you are. While mental health challenges can be influenced by life's experiences, stressors, biology, and many other factors, they are only one part of your story. My role is not simply to treat symptoms, but to understand the person behind them.
