Kalan is always pleasant and professional, but if I am smiling and light hearted so it's she. Pain isn't always easy to joke about... She TRULY pays attention to imaging reports, blood test results, prescription refills, and even those dreaded cognitive test results.
Kalan is very knowledgeable and listens to the challenges I am facing.
