McDuffie has been the most caring provider I've had in a while she's obviously compassionate and she really has a gift of listening and knowledgeable and what you're trying to explain to her is what's going on with myself I am truly blessed to have her as my practitioner and I showed her the thought that you would move her away I have a couple good friends that see her as well and they too are we all agree that she listens to you she gets at the heart of the problem and is willing to to give that extra minute of time that I know they really don't have to address our concerns please don't move her I mentioned to McDuffie that heaven forbid they should transfer her to a different area if it's in the county I will drive to where she's at because it's worth it to me to have someone that listens to me when I know my body I'm not the doctor but I know my body at 70 years old I know what's going on with my body pretty much what's normal and what's not she is pretty dang amazing

She graduated in 2021 from Loma Linda University as a DNP Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She recently passed the Advanced Diabetes Management board certification exams.
In 1988, while working at the American Diabetes Association as a secretary, McDuffie saw a need for people to learn more about diabetes management. She believes health is vitally important and enjoys having the opportunity to help others improve their quality of life with health education focused on prevention, wellness, and health promotion.
Dr. McDuffie chose to work at a community health center as she wanted to be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Her focus is patient-centered care to meet the individualized needs of each person in her care.
Displaying respect and kindness while empowering everyone to take control of their health, she believes involving patients in a holistic (mind, body, and spirit) approach to care is essential for their quality of living.
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dog Memphis, playing cards (bid whist), and bike riding.
