Had another Potenza treatment with Kaeli today! It’s was great! #2 of 3 in the series. This is my second time. I had this treatment last year. Kaeli is very knowledgeable and friendly.. I just love seeing her every time I come in! She is fantastic at what she does!!

I saw Kaeli for Botox and she was excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through all my options so I’m always comfortable with our plan. Sharlene was also incredibly helpful and informative when discussing GLP-1 options. She answered all my questions and made everything easy to understand. Overall, the staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making you feel informed and confident.
Kaeli is the best. She makes the hair restoration pgdf experience so personal and enjoyable. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable about the process and also good at helping manage the pain.
