Great to work with. I think she hs gotten me on the right track to solving my hearing issue.

Never manipulated my ear to see if the qtip end was further down in my ear. Dismissed everything I was saying about how I could FEEL the tip down low in my ear canal. She just didn't want to listen to me. The patient. Who knows, there is STILL a qtip end in my ear. I won't be going back..

She was great! She did a thorough examination, and my ear feels so much better! She was very kind and friendly!

She really didn’t help me at all wasted trip from 30 miles from home

She almost seemed sort of…dismissive or not understanding of my symptoms, and she mentioned there was more testing that could be done to see what my exact issue might be but instead of performing the testing, she just told me to try and stop a medicine I’m on and see if that fixed it. It just felt sort of rushed and not thorough.

Very helpful and listened to what I said.

Not thorough or timely. Nice enough but generally of no help. Poor communication. Seems to generally lack investment a care in the wellbeing of patients. It appears she doesn’t have any time for her patients. The appointment was very rushed and ultimately of little help. I was unable to get clear or satisfactory answers to my questions and ultimately feel it was a waste of time and money. She wasn’t the worst provider but definitely needs some professional development.
