My issue isn’t with Kadesha. It’s with the unethical way they do business. I’m a cash customer. So in order for them to see me; I had to pay $420 and sign a waiver saying that if the price was more; they would add additional charges. If it were less; they would refund the difference. I was also told that 1 X-ray is included. So when the X-ray tech said that she was going to take multiple pictures; I stopped her and asked how much more? She said that it would be $78 for all 4. What I had done. I had fluid drained off my knee and the 4 X-rays. I thought I’d be getting money back. WRONG!!! I was there 30-45 minutes. My bill was over $700. But because I was a cash customer I got a “discount” so my bill was $570. That’s not even the reason for the negative review. It’s because the fluid on my knee came back overnight. When I called to tell them; they said come on back in. But I was going to be charged again for what I had already paid for. Unethical and Highway Robbery!

However, I am concerned about Dr. B report indicating I had surgery when I only got a shot, his stating that I no longer smoked when I have never been a smoker. He further stated that he counseled me about my weight and my diet when this was never done. I would like for these corrections to be made in my medical files as well as with Medicare/BCBS.
