They actually asked me if I wanted to be tested for anything, normally a Dr will suggest it. It was a long wait to be told there’s nothing they can do for my two month cold.

Juston spent time with me and seemed very knowledgable about the post-viral cough that had been keeping me down for several weeks. He prescribed me the steroids I needed to calm my extremely inflamed bronchus.
This was an incredible relief, as I'd already been to Urgent Care twice, been sick for 8 full weeks, and received meds that had nothing to do with what my body was going through (Tamaflu and an antibiotic).
I appreciated the time Juston took with me, his knowledge, and the directness of his assessment.

Juston really took the time to listen and understand my issues. He did some research and explained our options and next steps thoroughly using language i could understand. You can tell he really cares for his patients even if I saw him for the first time.

Conducted search for for stronger medicated gel to relieve patient's discomfort.. Offered full assistance for PC service and provided various treatment options to help patient. I was frustrated when l reached King Soopers Pharmacy as they informed me Humana would not cover the pain relief gel prescribed, if l wanted it, would cost 98$ + tax. I declined. I am trying to find out why this is the case. My Humana Policy states an 80-20% split for Durable medical items, a Walker prescription was ordered for me, if you can tell me why the pain relief gel was not covered, that would be great. I waited 30 min. on phone to them and gave up. Dana.

Juston was very professional, as a new “middle age” man new to the area I had a few previous health concerns. Juston listened and came up with a plan and follow up. I told my wife that I was very comfortable with Juston.
