She was excellent. She was concerned, asked good questions and listened to me. Also had great suggestions for my skin
recently went through multiple tests and a procedure at the direction of my doctor in an effort to determine and resolve an ongoing medical issue. Unfortunately, the issue never went away, despite following the recommended course of care. When I returned to address the same ongoing concern, I was informed that my doctor would be provided with information to essentially repeat the same tests and procedures I had already undergone. This was very frustrating and left me feeling as though my concerns were not fully heard or understood. I understand that additional testing may sometimes be necessary, but I believe my previous test results, procedures, and ongoing symptoms should be carefully reviewed before repeating the same course of action. Because my issue has continued and I do not feel that my concerns have been adequately addressed, I have decided to seek a second opinion.
She was nice and was very patient with all my questions. My first time going to her and it won’t be my last.
I had an appointment at 10:15, I was there at 10:05. I walked out at 11:05 without being seen. Had other commitments.
