Disturbing to find out the NP was looking at my test results in the exam room with me. Unprepared for the fact that the Radiologist was using a 2021 CR scan to compare to an ultra sound test in May of 2024. I was supposed to receive a call from her and now Wednesday is done and no call.

This was my first visit with Julia and I was impressed with her knowledge level of my history. My concerns were addressed and she recommended an US test for a suspicious lump. She reviewed my lab results and went into detail to explain why one was out of range. Very pleasant as well as professional!

She is very attentive and concerned for my overall health. Very personable and compassionate.

I’m still waiting for her to call me. It has been over a week. SHE told me 4 times she would call me Wednesday after my physical therapy appointment on the Tuesday before. Also, she BARELY laid her stethoscope on my back. I’m 77 yrs old & never had my breathing checked that way. Was never told to take deep breaths either.

She was very thorough and answered all my questions. I felt like I could trust her. My only problem is not with her, but with the office that doesn’t answer their phone, and when you leave an important message on their voicemail, no one returns the call or acknowledges the message. There is no way to get through to anyone. This has happened twice and I haven’t even started my treatment yet.

I adore Julia Vega. She is professional and attentive and kind at the same time. I always feel highly attended to.
