Julia Lim, MSN, FNP-BC, OCN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a heart for oncology care, inspired by loved ones affected by cancer. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with a minor in Anthropology, from Rutgers University.
She is oncology-certified and spent many years as an oncology nurse, including roles as an infusion nurse, nurse navigator, and clinical practice nurse, where she developed a deeper compassion for oncology. Building on that experience, she moved to the Capital Region after becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, where she continues to care for patients and families with an expanded scope of practice.
She is a Registered Professional Nurse in New York and New Jersey, a Family Nurse Practitioner certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and holds an Oncology Nursing Certification through the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation. She is also certified in Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, cooking, golfing, singing, and spending time with her family, including her dog and two cats.
