Our 1st interview since changing insurance was very comforting. Ms. Yu was patient, calming, adjusted her volume so my husband could interact with her directly. Most of all, my husband, who is very finicky, felt very good about his visit and said he will not argue when I tell him it is time to see her again. That is remarkable!
