She was very gentle and explained everything she was about to do

She is absolutely wonderful. I feel very comfortable and she is very pleasant ,thorough, and patient while I take notes.
There were multiple rooms open with more comfortable recliners yet we were in a room with wood chair with legs on another uncomfortable chair. Nurse had to take needle out and move it for replacement.
My complaint is the long wait. I was kept in the examination room for 45 minutes. As for Juanita she was very efficient and answered my questions. She assured me that once I was healed I should be fine. Was familiar with the procedure I had during surgery, read my record.
