Joy was very professional, yet very courteous, warm, and friendly, she exhibits a true caring, and interest in your health. I have seen her at other times in the past and she has always been warm, friendly and courteous. She is very knowledgeable, through, efficient, addressing any and all of my concerns and questions that I may have. I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

She was friendly. She didn't make an effort to discuss the results in detail although I had been in the hospital other than stating everything looks fine. A couple of her answers were totally off base from the medical staff at the hospital as well as the cardiologist that visited during my stay. I just didn't feel confident in my visit with her. I actually wanted to give one star.
