I had to go to ER to get antibiotics
Unorganized. Does not look at your chart so has no idea of who you are or what you need.
He did absolutely nothing for me!
Joe was very kind and Knowledgeable. He treated both my little girl (who was ill) and I with great respect. He told me what to do at home and when to bring her back if she wasn’t better. (She is better now thankfully.)
If he would use the facility’s computer he would know my history and current scripts. I felt like it was hurry up and get out.
Didn’t even examine or look at the area of concern. Never once asked questions regarding my concern, no history, length of ailment, etc.! Offered no assistance regarding area of concern and I had to be the one to request possible imaging, etc. to rule out possible issues. I tried to use the immediate care vs emergency room so I wouldn’t misuse services (issue was not a true emergency and no red flags in my symptoms) but was told by this provider that if I don’t feel better I should just go to the ER.
