Concise, to the point. Nice guy. Super helpful.
Very friendly but didn’t really listen to my concerns. I get that this clinic is busy, but I was the only person there and still it felt like I was just slammed through. Additionally, I think he either was misinformed or lied to me about one of my requests. I’m not a KVH outsider, experiences like this really are a bummer.
