He truly listened to me, asked insightful questions, and developed a full picture of my issue before discussing care options. He involved me in the decision making process and took the time to educate me on the different options. This enabled me to make informed decisions and to have a voice in determining the best care plan for me. After the plan was set, he then discussed next steps and options moving forward. He was kind, respectful, and compassionate. I could not have asked for a better experience.
