He knew right away what I had- explained what was going to happen from the disease, and what the meds will do, and what to expect coming up next! Gave me written explanations of what the disease does, what to expect over time! Very knowledgeable and empathic! A very kind person!

Our appointment with Jose Diaz was a great experience. He really took his time with my husband and explained what was going on with his ears and sinuses.
