Excellent! Dr Kocher and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable,always ready to answer any questions and help with anything that I may have some concerns. The ladys at the front office always greet the patients with smile. I always look forward to my appointment and see everyone there. Thank you ladies for the hard work and everything you do. She is good and listens to patients but is too generalized in her diagnosis and willingness to work and understand that not everyone is the same. Also the last few times, it seems like she has been more focused on giving you a diagnosis than asking questions and seeing how you are doing.
Friendly and accomodating, all the staff and doctors.
