Recommended protocol next step and asked if I wanted to schedule the exam without explanation on why it is warranted in my personal situation (beyond a cyst that was present before CT scans she was reviewing with me that stayed the same size). Notes regarding my visit are biased. She brought manager into the visit after I got upset, especially after she walked out while I was speaking with her. I was disappointed from the outset when I learned I would not see the doctor as expected and requested. She immediately expressed and displayed agitation as well. Things escalated from there. While some of the issue is the system and process of Advanced Urology, I found zero benefit of taking off work, paying a co-pay, and reviewing documents I could have read myself (which is all she did) and then googled the standard protocol next test that could be ordered. Disappointed with lack of value received, lack of doctor availability, lack of patient centered care, and will be finding a new urologist

I had appointment yesterday January 22 2026 ( Thursday) with this awful so called nurses practitioner. She refused to help me refused to check to see if my bladder had fell again and I told her I was urinating on myself and she said their is no other doctor but James Renehan and I said well the receptionist told me it was other Urologist I can see being your saying James Renehan was awfully RUDE to you! And this Jolan Cruzado smart as nurses practitioner lied to me she lied plain and simple. I know she probably lied on me to that rude Urologists Dr James Renehan .The nurses practitioner left the room came back in with the rude James Renehan Urologist with 3 white nurses following him and that doctor was fussing with me for NO REASON he was so extremely mean. He said please leave this office and never come back and I was in disbelief cause I didn't say anything but I said back trust me I don't want to come back .The whole office staff were not nice .PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HE'LL HOLE

I definitely recommend her to everyone. She listens to you when explaining your symptoms and she asks additional questions. She does not dismiss your concerns and she will definitely try her best to get to the root of the problem. The best and very compassionate!!
