Nurse Practicioner Robert's is so easy to talk to, she's thorough, listens, and takes her time to explain things. The nurses at JCMC, the phlebotomist, and the entire office staff are wonderful.

She explained my ct scan so I could understand it.

She didn't know that the visit was for an annual physical. I had to ask for one. This entailed listening to my heart and lungs. Nothing else. Poor bedside manner. I told her my mother was dying and she didn't respond at all. I had to suggest a medication change for high cholesterol. I have been on the lowest dose for 4 years.

She was attentive and listened to me.

Today was the first day I met Jessica Roberts. I use to see Deana and I absolutely LOVED her! Jessica came in really quick and looked like she was in a mega hurry to get in and out. She also did not really introduce herself other than saying hi super quick. I know not everyone is a people person but for someone who is also in the medical field and knows how you should greet a patient, that wasn't it. She also explained how she cannot send prescriptions to Walmart which is fine but she expected me to give a quick answer on where to send my medications and I haven't had them sent anywhere before other then there, so I felt rushed to even give an answer and just picked a random place. Deana at least would get to know her patients and I felt Jessica just wanted to be in and out as quick as possible. I get a provider gets behind but it just didn't feel good today. Im gunna give it another chance but I may end up finding a new provider.
