Easy communication.
I always enjoy my appointments with Jessica. She has a warm friendly pleasant demeanor but more importantly is very thorough by remembering my past history and concerns..amd listens attentiely to present situation and concerns. ... and then determines the next best steps or my new protocol by tying it all together in an easily understood and workable new approach for me. Love her!
Jessica was very thorough, pleasant & aware of my history. There was a misunderstanding for the reason of my visit. Jessica was able to accommodate both, saving me another visit to the office.
