Jessica was great. The new office set up is terrible. The partitioned examining rooms tell me 2 things about Capital Cardiology. You don’t take patient privacy seriously and you project impersonal corporate health care.

I appreciate the time and patience Jessica took with me on Thursday June 20. I am facing a very difficult decision on whether I should start taking an injection based medication for Lp(a). I have vexed on this for two months. I came in to see Jessica and she convinced me that taking the injections are the best option for my medical status. She was very skilled in our conversation and brought the discussion to the molecular level of the Lp(a) particles binding with my LDL. As a retired Research Scientist this was the level of explanation that I needed that no one and nothing online was informing me of. Jessica took the time to write a proper note to the insurance approval team and when they (Kelly) contacted me they found an excellent solution to my cost concerns on the medication. Job well done by the CCA team.
