I sat in the exam room on the hardest bench I've ever sat on (with a bad back that feels worse than before I went into your office) and waited 25 minutes, but never saw Jessica. I was waiting in the examination room for 25 minutes - no one from your office advised me of the status regarding when the PA would come into the examination room. I left the examination room and walked to someone sitting at a desk - again after waiting for 25 minutes. I notified that person that I was leaving. They could not tell me when I might be able to see the PA. If your office seating were better, I might have waited awhile longer, but I couldn't. My back hurt too badly sitting on that hard bench. Also, I waited 25 minutes on your office to provide service. if I had been 25 minutes late, your office would have canceled my appointment and charged me.

Knowledgeable about spine, limited options for pain relief. Prednisone, other medications that have already tried and didn't work then so didn't agree to try again. I did agree with physical therapy, however was surprised when I asked for closer to my home that competition was brought up. Medicine is not a competition in my opinion. If doctors work together the patients come out ahead not the bottom line. I understand the business needs, yet as along time patient my spine is my first concern, Not who gets the insurance money.
